Yeah. I was after all able to get some work done. Cornelia gave me an excellent critique of my chapter twenty so I got the first scene revised with her suggestions :-). I didn't think I'd get anything done before we left. Tomorrow will be crazy so I'll just pick up where I left off when we get back.

Almost vacation time :-)

We leave on Thursday Morning. I haven't gotten a single chapter of mine critted *sigh* so I guess I won't be do any writing until after I get back. Well, unless I get something back before we leave. I'm not do any writing while I'm away but I will work on Chapter 21 when I get back.
In other news, I've learned that Dorchester is doing their New Voice Contest & it's back to Historicals this year. I'll probably get The Locktender's Daughter ready to send in for the contest after I get back from vacation. Dorchester's one of the publisher's I'm thinking about submitting to anyway so I figured it was worth a shot. They publish Westerns so why woulden't they be willing to take a look at an Americana Romance? Anyway, I've got a ton of stuff to do before we leave. See ya when we get back :-)
